What Fleet Wraps Cost Per Vehicle
August 13, 2026

Fleet work is priced differently from a one-off colour change, and the difference is design. Once your artwork is laid out and proven on the first vehicle, every vehicle after that is production rather than design, which is why per-unit cost falls as the fleet grows.
What moves the number
- Vehicle size and shape: a box truck has more square footage but flatter, simpler panels than a modern van
- Coverage: full wrap, three-quarter, or spot graphics and lettering
- Whether artwork exists in usable form, or has to be built from a logo
- How many vehicles, and whether they arrive together or over months
- Condition of the paint, and whether old graphics have to come off first
Full wrap is not always the right answer
A full wrap has the most impact, but a well-designed partial with strong lettering on a plain vehicle can do most of the work for a fraction of the cost. If the budget is fixed, five partials usually beat two full wraps, because being seen in five places matters more than being seen beautifully in two.
Design is a one-time cost, not a per-vehicle one
We keep your files, so vehicle six matches vehicle one. That matters more than it sounds: a fleet where the logo sits at slightly different heights reads as careless, and undoes the impression the wrap was bought to create.
Compare it against what you already spend
A wrap is paid once and works every hour the vehicle is on the road or parked at a job site, for years. Most other local advertising is a recurring monthly cost that stops the moment you stop paying. We are not going to invent an impressions figure for you, but the comparison worth making is against your actual annual ad spend rather than against zero.
Legibility beats cleverness
The most common mistake is treating a van like a business card. At road speed a passing driver has a couple of seconds. What survives that is a name, one line of what you do, and one way to reach you, all sized to be read from another lane. Everything else is decoration.
Getting a real number
Send us the vehicle makes and models, how many, and whatever brand assets you have. We will come back with per-vehicle pricing and tell you honestly where a partial would serve you better than a full wrap.
